Something that I’ve found out is a very interesting app, that app is Nike Training Club, is an app that makes especial training sessions in accordance of your heigh, weight, age, etc.
It’s interesting because this app force me to do the training session every day, it’s like a alarm that told you that you have to do exercise.
I liked a lot because in past times I use to forgot that I had to do exercises, but now I don’t have excuses to forgot it.
Also I increase my knowledge, because this app tells you the best way to do the different exercises, so now I known the correct positions of many exercise.
Nike Training Club is a free app, you do not need to have machines, or go to the gym, I only need time and a large space to begin the routine. It’s very exhausting, but in a few weeks you look the results of your effort.
It’s a very cool app, now I know that if you don't feel pain you will get no gain.
